Total Days: The complete count of days from start to end. Weeks: How many complete 7-day weeks fit in the period. Example: 25 days = 3 weeks. Months (approx): Complete calendar months between the two dates. Accounts for varying month lengths. Years (approx): The year difference between the two dates. Workdays: The count of weekdays (Monday through Friday) in the range. Weekend Days: The count of Saturdays and Sundays in the range.
